Gwynnie Bee - Rental Obsessed!

I'm a little late in the online rental game, but wanted to share my wonderful experiences with gwynniebee! Since I'm on the path of "enhancing" my fabulousness, I don't want to spend more money on dresses, since I WILL be losing weight. (and I have been!!!!)

You get a free month, and your dresses come right away. I opted for the 3 dress option, which comes out to about $83.74 a month. Not sure if I will continue with 3 dresses, may down grade to 1 dress at a time. It's an unlimited service, meaning, you get your 3 dresses, and as you send each back (postage paid!), a new one that you've selected in your closet will be shipped to you. You don't have to worry about washing/dry cleaning, you can send them as is! I'm serious!

Gwynnie Bee caters to the curvier set, sizes 10 - 28 and carries several labels. My favorites are ASOS Curve, Kiyonna, Trixxi and Suzi Chin. I've worn my dresses to receptions, parties, bridal showers and work. It's great because there's no commitment, so you can try out pieces you normally wouldn't wear, because you don't feel like shelling out $100 on a dress to wear once, if that.

If you decide to try it out, please please please use my code http://goo.gl/qKyNT !!!!!!

Any of you using an awesome online rental service? Let me know!

Do you BB or CC - or even know what I'm talking about?

As a make up junkie, I like to try out the lastest products that will help me become a more "enhanced" version of myself. Since its release, I've been on the Team Smashbox - BB Cream club. I'm extremely curious to try CC cream and have been anxiously awaiting Chanel's CC cream arrival. I stumbled upon this great article that breaks down the difference between the two: BB or CC?

Also wanted to share my work make up bag spring essentials below ....

My Prime Moisturizer - Although BB cream has a built in moisturizer, in the spring/summer, my face is OILY, so I like to use a primer/mattifying moisturizer before my make up routine
smashbox BB Cream - in Light - Applied with a stippling brush all over. Typically, I don't feel the need to conceal during my 9 - 5.
Clinique Pressed Powder - This fabulous yellow mineral powder seals in the BB cream and makes the redness in my face go away. It comes with a handy brush. I never leave home without this compact!
Nars Blush in Orgasm - I'm on the east coast, so I don't feel the need to be bronze in the spring. I like to enhance my winter palesness with a little pink on the cheeks.
Urban Decay Eye shadow Primer - I know... where's the eyeshadow? I put the primer on to stabalize the color on my eye lids. It also helps out with my liquid eyeliner cat eye look.
Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Eyeliner in Perversion - THE BEST. HANDSDOWN. ACCEPT NO IMITATIONS. I swear by this eyeliner. Long lasting, easy to use brush, no smudging. LOVE.
Great last Mascara - Very Black - I use so many mascaras, but this is my go-to everyday favorite. Has been since middle school. One of the few drugstore brand products that I love.
Eye lash curler - My favorite one so far by Japonesque. It travels well, creates a deep curl and is adorable.
Fresh Sugar Lip treatment - SPF them lips, ladies! I have this in various tints and plain.Keep those lips soft, smooth and kissable =)

Care to share any spring time, daily make up faves? Do you BB or CC?

Really, Forever 21? Really?!?!

Okay - so I admit ... I'm not Forever 21, I'm more like Forever 31, but that doesn't stop me from taking advantage of their recession chic clothing. I'm not high brow to think that I'm above Forever 21 and gladly tell people that "I got it at Forever! ya I know.. not bad, right:" So you could imagine how stoked I was, when I opened up my email from them this morning,  that they were now selling a Fantasy Football line! I mean... hello... SCORE!

Although raised a Raiders fan, I quickly made the switch and become a Redskins fan when I moved to the DMV 13 years ago. It's been a tough decade and FINALLY, with RGIII, we have hope and skins mania is in full effect. You would think that F21 would follow suit and sell Redskins stuff, since RGIII is now on top of the list for the NFL's Best Selling Jerseys. Nope. Nada. Zilch. Nothing. I'm a bit irked right now, actually. Seriously!

It's okay though, momma puma hooked me up with a sweet RGIII throwback jersey for Christmas and my unwashed good luck sweater from Uniqlo has brought the team good luck (hey - it's only silly when it doesn't work!).  This week's game against the cowgirls is crazy important and I can't believe I'm concerned about this game more so than my NYE plans. I know right?

Go Skins! Hail to the Redskins! RGIII! RGIII!
